Healing. Most of us, if not all, would have felt unhealthy, weak, or
overweight at some point in time. that's when

method of reaching here is that the same as just in case of health. In both, once you have got tasted it, you'd want to retain it, regardless of what. he world of
desire, lethargy, etc may pull you down from the pedestal, once in a very while, but, the
knowledge stored in your consciousness would constantly urge you to regain
it. this is often the maximum amount true for
health and fitness as for a spiritual high condition. Any instance of a
turbulent, disturbed, and agitated state will make one cringe to eliminate it at the earliest.
This is transformational because, during a normal material pursuit,
one may continue suffering thinking that to be a necessary part of the material
progression. This induces a shift in understanding that a standard state of
consciousness isn't to
be in turmoil all the time but, to
stay tranquil all told situations. even as a standard state of the body is to be in physiological condition.
